For 4 people:
- 20 deep-frozen prawns (approx. 50 g each)
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 6 tbsp olive oil
Defrost the prawns at room temperature. Peel and thinly slice the garlic. Peel the prawns except for the tail and remove the intestines. Wash the prawns and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper.
