How to make Tapas with plums and dates wrapped in bacon?


For 4 people

  • 12 dried soft plums (approx. 100 g)
  • 12 (approx. 75 g) dried dates
  • 24 (approx. 25 g) peeled almonds
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


15 minutes

Fill the plums and dates with an almond each. Cut bacon into thirds. Wrap each plum and date tightly with a piece of bacon. heat oil. Fry the plums and dates for about 6 minutes while turning until crispy.

Drain on kitchen paper.
